HyperConnector Terms & Community Guidelines
Effective date: June 28, 2026

These Terms govern your use of HyperConnector ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

THE SHORT VERSION: HyperConnector is for building real professional relationships. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Accounts that violate these terms are removed.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 17 years or older to use HyperConnector. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE — YOU AGREE TO
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
Post no objectionable, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
No spam, impersonation, or fake profiles.
Only add and rate people based on real interactions.
Respect others' privacy — do not share private notes or personal information without consent.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Every profile includes Report and Block tools. We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content and the accounts responsible. Blocking a user removes their content from your experience.

4. YOUR CONTENT AND RATINGS
You are responsible for the information you record about your connections. Expertise assessments are relative and shown in aggregate; your private notes are visible only to you. You retain ownership of the content you create and grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.

5. ACCOUNT, SUSPENSION, AND DELETION
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperConnector is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
